What We Measure

Our 45-minute assessment uses professional-grade equipment to give accurate, meaningful health data employees can act on right away.

Assessment Components:

  • Resting Heart Rate & Blood Pressure — Cardiovascular baseline using Omron HEM-7120 monitor
  • Body Composition Analysis — InBody 570 bioelectrical impedance for muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat levels
  • Grip Strength Test — JAMAR hydraulic dynamometer to assess overall muscle strength
  • Flexibility Assessment — Sit-and-reach test using standardised measurement box
  • Cardiovascular Endurance — 3-minute step test with recovery heart rate monitoring
  • Posture Analysis — Visual assessment of alignment and muscle imbalances

All measurements are compared against UK population norms adjusted for age and gender. We use the same protocols as NHS health checks for consistency with existing health records.
